SB 613 – An Act relieving members of the United States Armed Forces or other civilians serving in the Persian Gulf area or in support of the armed forces from certain local tax filing deadlines; and making an inconsistent repeal.
SB 614 – An Act establishing the Regional Efficiency Aid Program; providing for powers and duties of the Department of Community and Economic Development and the Department of Revenue; and establishing the Regional Efficiency Aid Program Fund.
SB 615 – An Act establishing the Regional Efficiency Development Incentive Program; providing for powers and duties of the Department of Community and Economic Development; and establishing the Regional Efficiency Development Incentive Fund.
SB 616 – An Act providing for State assistance grants to municipalities for regionalizing police operations; imposing powers and duties on the Center for Local Government Services; and making an appropriation.
SB 617 – An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, in realty transfer tax, further providing for excluded transactions.
SB 618 – An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, further providing for the Environmental Quality Board and a counsel for the board.
SB 624 – An Act amending the act of July 28, 1988 (P.L.556, No.101), known as the Municipal Waste Planning, Recycling and Waste Reduction Act, in recycling and waste reduction, further providing for recycling at educational institutions.
SB 691 – An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, providing for the powers and duties of the Department of Labor and Industry in job creation; and making related repeals.
SB 905 - An Act amending the act of December 19, 1984 (P.L.1140, No.223), known as the Oil and Gas Act, imposing a natural gas severance tax; providing for collection of the tax; establishing the Natural Gas Severance Tax Fund and the Local Government Services Account; and providing for transfers and distributions of certain funds.
SB 1142 – An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in inchoate crimes, providing for the offense of possession of vehicle with false compartments; and, in forfeitures, providing for vehicle with false compartments forfeiture.
SB 1143 - An Act requiring the Department of Health and the Department of Environmental Protection to coordinate and cooperate on any investigations into suspected disease or cancer clusters in this Commonwealth.
SB 1271 – An Act itemizing public improvement projects for flood protection and flood damage repair to be constructed by the Department of General Services, together with their estimated financial costs; stating the estimated useful life of the projects; providing for the adoption of specific disaster mitigation or assistance projects to be financed from debt incurred under clause (1) or (4) of subsection (a) of section 7 of Article VIII of the Constitution of Pennsylvania; and making an appropriation.
SB 1398 – An Act amending the act of July 6, 1989 (P.L.169, No.32), known as the Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act, further providing for Underground Storage Tank Environmental Cleanup Program and for Underground Storage Tank Pollution Prevention Program.
SB 1404 – An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.343, No.176), known as The Fiscal Code, further providing for funding for job creation programs.
